Privacy Policy

What we collect

We collect only what is needed to run the service:

• Account data — the e-mail address and name provided by Google when you sign in. Accounts are managed through Supabase, our authentication and database provider.
• Content — the texts you submit for voiceover and the audio files generated from them.
• Payment metadata — the plan or pack purchased, amount, currency and payment status, as reported by our payment providers. We never see or store card numbers.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type and basic usage logs needed for security and debugging.

How we use your data

We use your data to provide the service: generate audio from your texts, keep your generation history, process payments and answer support requests.

Aggregated technical data helps us protect the service from abuse and fix errors. We do not sell your personal data and do not share it with third parties for advertising.

Texts and generated audio

Texts you submit and the audio generated from them are stored so you can open your history and re-download files. On unlimited subscriptions generated files are stored for 90 days; for credit packs the storage rules shown in the app apply.

We do not use your texts or audio to train AI models, and we do not publish or share them. Staff access is limited to what is strictly required for support and abuse investigation.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Creem, acting as our merchant of record (the authorized seller of record for card transactions — its name may appear on your bank statement). Crypto payments are processed by NOWPayments. Payment happens on the provider's secure page; tonvio receives only the payment result and never stores card data. The providers' own privacy policies apply to the data you enter on their pages.

Cookies and analytics

tonvio uses a small set of first-party cookies:

• tonvio-lang — your language choice for the site (en / ru / uk).
• tonvio-theme — your interface theme in the app.
• Supabase authentication cookies — keep you signed in securely.

We do not use third-party advertising trackers on the marketing site or in the app.

Data retention and your rights

Account data is kept while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data, receive a copy of your data or correct it — write to [email protected] and we will respond within the time required by applicable law.
