Exactly that — no monthly volume quota: voice an entire collected works if you like. Fair use applies: 3 active slots and a queue of up to 50 jobs. A single job takes up to 100,000 characters, so longer texts are simply split into several jobs.

Credits are pay-as-you-go for people who don't need a subscription. You buy a pack of characters (100k to 15M); it is only spent on actual generation and has no expiry date. All prices are in USD — the bigger the pack, the lower the price per character.
Credit packs are for regular voiceover — plain text-to-speech generation, nothing more. Character dubbing and Translation are subscription features: a pack won't unlock them. The one exception is your one-time welcome bonus, which works everywhere.
